EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
PROCEDURE
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer 14 Day Returns or Exchange Policy with the condition that the garment meets the requirements as set out in the below terms (see Returns Policy).
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent to you, if by any chance you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you have the choice of a replacement or a full refund. We offer a 14 day replacement warranty, from the date you receive your product (the date determined by when the package is listed as “delivered” by the shipping service provider).
The items bought on sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
For any returns or exchanges related to delivery errors, defective products, change of mind, etc. we ask you to send a written request first, made by e-mail to: he***@li***********.com. Please, include the following details:
– Your full name
– Your order number
– Reason why you want to exchange or return the product
– Information from you on how you would like us to resolve your issue.
Further, return your product to the address mentioned on the packaging of the received garment, including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, original packaging. You will receive an email when we receive your return.
We do not pick up the returned items and we do not cover the cost of the returned shipping. The shipping of the returned items must be paid by the Customer.
Your exchange or return claim will be analysed over the next 5 days. If accepted – your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Regarding exchanges, please note that we are only able to offer size or colour exchanges which are available on stock.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned products.
POSTAGE FEES
Standard postage fees apply to return and exchange of the orders.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
Please note, if you are based outside the EU, you may need to pay taxes and custom duties on this when applicable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All items you would like to return or exchange must be sent back to us in the original condition as they were received. This must include any dust bags, tags, labels, presentation boxes that came with the item. We will not accept any of the returned items that have been used, damaged, marked, soiled or misused in any way. This also applies to returned items which have any odours such as from cigarettes, perfumes, fragrances, food, etc. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if any of the above incurs.
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to the standards of hygiene, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery and any bottoms, e.g. knickers, panties, thongs and G-strings, as well as lingerie sets where included panties and/or thongs. In case of sets, we highly recommend not to open accessories, panties and stockings before checking the main item, like a bra or chemise, for a size.
